Exhaust fix

I have a baja dirtrunner 70cc and my friend crashed it the 3rd day I had it... I've repaired all of it but the exhaust. The exhaust broke off from the manifold and part of the ring around the manifold that the exhaust goes into also broke off. I got the exhaust back on there using JB-weld, but after a minute of the bike running, it just melted off. Whats a quick cheap fix I can do to get my exhaust back on there and seal up the gap?

I heard of exhaust cement, would that work?

It needs to be welded or replaced completely.

My manifold is made out of ironcast.
Will I still be able to get it welded? How much do u think that will cost?

A good welder can work with cast iron. They'll charge based on how much time and work they think it will take.
