exhaust help

i need to quiet my bike down. i have had multiple complaints, and i am tired of the cops coming to my house. my bike has a procircuit factory sound exhaust. someone told me i can double pack it, ill that help? if not, is there someway i can quiet it down?? i read that th fmf Q is 93 db's, what is the stock db?? it needs to be as quiet as possible. thanks, not looking foward to the power lose, but w/e
