Blown gasket, don't run it anymore. Replace the o-rings or gaskets depending on your model. Clean the parts real good before re-assembly and use a torque wrench.
Get some 600 grit sand paper and put it on a glass surface, (flat). Put some water on it and move the head around on the 600 grit in a figure 8 pattern to smooth out any inconsistencies. When the sanded surface is consistent your done, clean it up and put it together.
