I have a 1999 RM 125, and everytime I go ride, I have to get a new pipe oring gasket. It just melts or disappears somewhere. Whats happening?

You are using the wrong type of o ring-they are made of a special material to withstand the heat.

Spot on Marcus! The o-ring that is made for your pipe is made of a semi composit material that withstands heat. You could try a body or exaust shop to find a replacement but replace with OEM (Kawie Shop Technition here), because it is the spec specified part. Ergo: same price for right part.
