Now when you see a factory racing bike with a FMF silencer...is that the same exact fmf silencer that we can get our hands on? or is theres custom made??

Factory riders tell the aftermarket companies how they want their stuff not the other way around. Just look at Chad Reeds pipe. The whole thing has been cut and changed to CR's specifications. Privateers however, you most likely can get what they got.
