Bill Hibbs, The vibs are just a way of life on ANY big bore 2 stroke, check the motor mounts just to be sure, the one near the top of the engine can get loose. 2. The oil leak is due to the fact that the front sprocket has a rubber "O" ring to seal it and this ring is either worn, dirty, harded, or you have replaced the front sprocket and the thickness is not the same as a stocker. KTM's have a very close tolerence here and there are shims to take up the slack. Get the stocker front sprocket of a RENTHAL, or SPROCKET SPECIALIST one as they work great. Take off the front sprocket and clean the o ring and check that also. 3. Jetting search/ask James Dean posts as he is the Jett Man! These are great bikes!
