Hey Folks,

I have gotten my CR250 running pretty decent. I got my best results so far by setting my airscrew out 3 turns and having my jet needle set with the clip at the fourth position or the second one up.
This has given me wheelie action off the line and smooths out to great pull at the topend.
The problem is that midrange. 1/4 to 1/2 throttle is pretty boggie and it doesn't seem to make any difference what I do with the airscrew or jet needle.

Any advice on getting my midrange smoothed out?

TIA

If your airscrew is 3 turns out, you should put in a leaner pilot jet. Try going down one size on that first and turning the airscrew back in some. See if it makes enough of a difference for you.
