Fitting of PC Platnuim Pipe on a YZ 250

Hey guys, just recently bought a Pro circuit pipe used from a buddy of mine. I can't seem to get the pipe to mount straight against the engine. The pipe came off of a '05 YZ 250 and I'm trying to mount it on a '03 YZ 250. Pro Circuit says it should fit on an '02-'08 year model. I can only get it to mount with a 1/16 inch gap on the left side. Is it okay to run it this way? Any help would be appreciated. :bang:

The pipe may be a little bent. No problem running it with a slight gap on one side. Just try to get it as square as possible. Mine is a little bent also and run with a 1/8 inch gap on the right side with no problems/ leaks.
