I just picked up a 2000 yz 250, I ride most on trails, I bought it for just to have a little off road fun on. This is my first true MX bike, have always had older enduros(70s,80's). I've been reading a lot on flywheel weights but don't really understand what they are for. This YZ definately has a lot more everything than I've been used to(Better suspension, more power etc), Im 40 yrs old, 250 lbs, been riding for over 30 yrs. Will a flywheel weight make any difference to me or should I be all right on it as is? Thanks.

Thankx MX, this is why I love these forums, someone that knows(a whole lot) more than me will help out. I'll definately make a call and see what they have to offer me. Thanks again.
