hey just need a little help i have to take the crackcase apart and i can seem to figure out how to get the flywheel off. Is there a special way of getting it off or some kind of tool. Please help i must ride this weekend. thanks. It is a 89 honda cr125

Get yourself a flywheel puller. Most shops have them, like $25.

is there only one type of puller or is there one special for bikes? like different sizes?

There are a few different ones. Get the one that fits your bike. The parts guy "should" be able to tell you which one to get if he can read. They are listed in most aftermarket parts suppliers catalog's.
