I stuck an FMF Gnarly pipe and Power Core II silencer on my KTM200. Not such a big difference as I expected, although I did notice the following:

1. No more spooge.
2. A little more low speed torque.
3. A smoother transition from 1/8 to 1/4 throttle where before it would slightly stumble it now revs cleanly through.
4. A bigger 'hit' causes wheel spin in 1st 2nd and 3rd if you're not careful with the throttle.
5. Just over 1 kg saved in weight.

I think the set up is ideal for rev head racers but for trail use may be a little over the top.
The Power Core will aparently fit onto the standard front pipe which could be a cheaper way to experiment.
