FMF "Q" or TC2?

I am looking at getting a more nature friendly silencer (spark arrestor and noise supression) for my RM 250. I was wondering what experiences people have had with the "Q" series silencer as the Turbine Core 2 has more than proven itself and if the few extra dollars will really shut my bike up much more! :cool:

The "Q" made my CR265 a little quieter than the TC2 sparky. My friend and I had identical '02 CR250s with the exception mine had the "Q" and his the TC2. My bike was noticeably quieter than his. It's just not a night and day difference. With the "Q" I was always under 96db when tested. Just barely, though. Stayed under 96db after the 2mm overbore too. Hope this helps.
