Yes it will fit, unless the FMF pipe is an SST. Other than the SST stuff, the pipes and silencers are interchangable between brands.

Yes, it does. And it IS louder than the TCII. I use a PC, my riding buddy uses a TCII (same pipes. The pipe choice makes a difference, too) so I've heard 'em both side by side.

Has anyone that contacted FMF gotten any mounting hardware yet. I never did.

Hence, the solution: FMF pipe w/ProCircuit S/A.

Update

Todau I got a hardware mounting kit from Rocky Mountain for the TC II.Well I gotta tell ya this kit is the real deal. Very nice stuff and will solve all the problems I encountered in my effort to make something work. I recommend you get the proper stuff to mount it right. BTW: I never got JACK from FMF.
