for those who have done it, whats a new piston/ring and top end rebuild kit cost...

i think i put a hole in my piston on my 04 yz250. drag racing up competition hill in dumont the motor suddenley slowed down and died. like it ran outta fuel, but i know its situation terminal. hoping only a piston and not a crank or anything else too bad. im going to go with a forged weisco and then rebuild the topend stuff. how much am i looking at, b.t.w. i will be doing this by myself. thanks

if its just for a piston kit,wrist pin bearing and gaskets i would say between $120-130 to get the parts you need.at least thats about what i payed
