I'm replacing seals in my forks and my rear shock, 1996 KX250 Kayaba suspention. Any body have an idea of the oil amount in each? I've done searches and have came up with nothing conclusive.

Check MX-Tech, they should have the numbers you need on their website.

Hey Juast_A_Rider

I was able to get some info from MX-Tech Suspension. They are a sponser here on this site. The volume of oil is not defined in a quantity but is determined during the rebuild process. I am considering rebuildin the shock on my 99 KX250. Any info you have regarding the rebuild process would be appreciated. All information I have found indicates that it is a rather tedious process. I am an above average mechanic/machinist and should be able to handle this project.

Good Luck!
