Fork Measurement

When raising or lowering the forks in the triple clamp, should I be measuring from the top of the clamp to the top of the fork? Any help is appreciated.

You should measure from the top of the clamp to the top of the fork tube (not including the fork cap)

Actually it doesn't really matter as long as you do them the same each time. It is easier tho to measure from the top of the cap to the top of the triple clamp.
