WHATS THE EASIEST WAY TO CHANGE FORK OIL HEIGHT?? CAN IT BE DONE WITH SIMPLE GARAGE TOOLS :scream: OR SHOULD IT BE DONE BY A PRO(JEREMY WILKEY) :aj:
I WANT TO SOFTEN UP THE FORKS IS THIS THE FIRST STEP?
OR SHOULD I GET SOFTER SPRINGS?
OR SPEND THE MONEY AND GET A REVALVE JOB?

THANKS

Don't lower your fork oil level, the oil level in a fork does not effect the ride of the fork until the bottom of the stroke. With a softer spring some times will make for a harder ride. You are going to get a harder ride in the rocks and bumps with a softer spring. Depending on your weight going to a stiffer spring may be the solution for a softer ride.
>First need to know what kind of bike and how much you weigh and what kinds of terrian you ride mostly.
For the simplest term revalveing may be the best first step to get a diffrent ride without sacrificing everything. Not saying this is the best aproach each change (spring, fork oil, and revalve) can change the ride in many diffrent ways.
