fork oil wt

I'm having the seals and oil changed in my forks and was wondering what fork oil wt. I should go with. I ride mostly on mx tracks.

Alot of people around here use ATF...I have put it in mine and it works great ......you can see the color changes ( for how often you need to change it)

Just to clarify things Jer on the suspension form recommends MobilOne fully synthetic ATF. It's equal to 7.5 weight cheaper and more readily available than "suspension fluid".
