How often should I change the fork oil/seals? And how hard of a job is it to do? I haven't had a hard time with any of the other work i have done so i am not terrible with mechanical stuff.
It's only necessary to change the seals when they leak. It would be a good idea to change the oil once every year or so. Some people never do it and seem to get away with it. If you do a lot of MX or desert riding that puts a lot of heat in the forks, you may want to do it more often. Don't forget that the shock has oil, too.
