hey guys im replacing the fork seals on my 2001 rm 250 and i was curious what weight of oil i should use and what kinds u would suggest.. i beleive i saw belray fork oil at the local dealer with sever different weights.

People who know (I don't), will ask you your weight, and what type of riding you do, etc. You may as well post that first.

i weigh 188lbs and i ride a bit of everything... motocross, trails, pits

Buy a manual for your bike, it should tell you what the "stock" weight would be. If you are looking to change the characteristics of your shocks you can adjust the weight up or down but you would need to know what the previous weight was to know which way to adjust.
