Front fork oil replacement?

How hard is it to put oil back in front fork? Can someone tell me what i need to do to fix the shock seals and refil them again, because my front fork has NO oil left and it flexes almost all the way when i use my front break barely at all :bang:

Putting oil back in the fork is easy - unscrew the tops, pull the springs out, pour in oil.

Keeping it there not so easy - what too bad it's not a '99 CR125. I would have a manual for ya real cheap...
