front fork springs??

ok I was wondering if I were to buy fornt fork springs for my appropriate length would I aalos HAVE to get a relvale to or would it make a pretty good difference withg just the springs??

i just put new springs in my '01 - a very significant difference...

You do not have to revalve. You will notice the difference. Well...should notice the difference.

The difference between .42s and .40s in my bike was certainly noticeable (anecdotally speaking.....)

I agree with all of the above but would add that rider skill level along with the type of riding will magnify the improvements. A skilled rider trying to go fast over rought terain will benefit more than a beginer going for a casual trail ride. If you love the bike and want to go fast (without unecessary crashing), I advise you do both.

I put the .39 Fredette springs in with roughly 110-115 oil level and noticed an awesome difference.
