The best day you'll ever have is to spend it at a track with a suspension tuner.

If this is too expensive, ask around to see who does good work (you might find someone local who specialises in mini bikes), give them your weight fully kitted and a description of how you ride. That will get you ball park. Don't exaggerate your ability though, you'll end up with a setup way too stiif and hate your bike.

i mean how can i make my front forks harder to push down and stiffer because they are too soft and go down to far so how can i make them stiffer

Heavier springs and or more compression dampning. I'm assuming your forks are adjustable.

Post your weight and riding style and I'm sure somebody here can give you an idea if your stock springs are right or not.

Do you know that the springs ARE stock? If you are second owner, they may have been changed.
