I'm trying to get my front wheel off so I can change the fork seals on my 01 CR250. As I loosen the axle nut it turns the hole axle with it.

Any suggestions??

Thanks,
Brian.

Not sure what your fork looks like, but it should be either the aforementioned second wrench or you need to tighten a pinch bolt to hold it.

The other end has a huge allen wrench slot. I cant find an allen wrench that big.

I will try to tighten the pinch bolts up more tomorrow.

Yeah, just tighten up the pinch bolts to keep it from spinning.

I have to say though, if you are having trouble getting the front wheel off you may want to think again about changing the fork seals yourself. The wheel removal is the easy part.

Sorry...at times I forget that not everyone has access to some of the specialty tools required. As said already...easiest way for you would be to tighten-up the pinch bolts. Should hold it well enough for you to get the nut off. Dont forget to loosen them again before trying to pull the axle. ;)
