Fuel leaking from carb.

So I have an '00 KDX 220. I am having problems with fuel running out the overflow onthe carb. When the bike was standing straight up there was no problem. When it started to lean at all it would start to dump fuel.

I have replaced the float valve and made minor adjustments and it is better but doesn't seem perfect yet.

Now it will start draining fuel when the bike is tilted at about 35 or 40 degrees.

Do you guys have any other suggestions to help with this problem?

Lower the fuel level a little more? It is the stock carb?

adjust the flow level lower. Make sure that you are not filling any more than 3/4 of the bowl

ok.. yes it is a stock carb. no mods yet. I will lower it some more and see how it goes.
