ok i got a real problem here what do i do.. i have a engine that supposedy runs but while the top end was off gear oil was poured in the bottom end what can i do to clean it out>

take off the top end and drain it out?

just drain it, the gear oils that were in the case probably helped keep everything air and moisture free.
