I wonder if its Fuel Injected or they went the carb route? The 250 looks like its got a carb, but it could be a throttle body I suppose. Thats my next one, the 250 E-start stroker. I'll wait.

You can see the carb on the 250, but the 400 looks to have a throttle body.
