Gearbox oil coming out of breather

Anybody please know why this is happening..... bike runs for a few minutes and then oil comes out of breather tube. I can thenride bike up the road a bit and then let it idle and after 30 seconds oil comes out again!!!!!!

Sorry should have said bike is a 2000 YZ250 2 stroke

it is building pressure inside the gear compartment!? Is it running oke or smoking a lot?
