Not yet Georgetown-Stonyford 12-16 NorCal

After riding Stonyford in perfect conditions last Sat., all I can think of is riding woods again. Just sending this thread out to see if there's any folk looking to put some forest miles on this Sun. Bald mountain is a good staging area. Kind of hope the sound police aren't there, my measely Xr400 scored 107 decibles before surgery;)

why don't you just buy a repalcement tip? You can get a Vortip ~ $70 ?

Yeah, that might be my last resort with stock muffler. Had the Xr Only baffle, with 8 disks. As soon as I find shorter bolts, I'll be going down to 4 disks and rejetting.

We're planning on Middle Creek this weekend - not sure if it'll be Sat or Sun. I'll let you know. You're invited IFOF you get the noise down on the XR. 107dB? Either the operator didn't know what they were doing or you are a H-D rider in disguise.

Georgetown is just too far of a drive from Santa Rosa for a day trip:(

Diverted to Stonyford

Should of called for conditions first :o Seems I would need some ice screws to ride around up there. Going to Little Stony again Sunday.
