Glowing pipe on 250f

Two weeks ago I blew the crank in my 250f. Yamha covered it and gave me a whole new bike. When I was breaking in the old bike the pipe never glowed. On the new one it did. It was almost dusk out when I came home today and last time it was mid day when I came home. Could I have just missed it last time or what.

These pipe's always glow from the heat. Don't worry about it. you'll only see it at night time and hopefully the bike won't be running much after dark.
