good deal on a 02 250 exc?

am planning to buy a new 02 ktm 250 exc. the dealer wants $5,800 for this bike. is this a good deal? would rather have a mxc version but i ktm took away that choice so i am kinda considering a 200 exc. what u all think?

That is a very reasonable price,,,not a steal but $200-300 below MSRP I

One Month (November)ago I purchased a new EXC300 in San Francisco for $ 5199.00
Came to $6000 out the door with all the added thievery.
Thought I had a good deal going- but I've been fouling plugs, now I'm wondering.
Love everything about the bike-except the plugs-should have it figured out soon-
