hey,

i'm looking for a quality video that demonstrates the correct techniques for jumps, whoops, log crossings, etc.

i'm not talking about a video with mcgrath, pastrana, and cinqmar doing nac nacs in the sand dunes. i've seen all them. instead i'm looking for a video that describes *how* to do nac nacs in the sand dunes. :D

but seriously, if you have any experience with psuedo-instructional MX/enduro/general bike handling videos, good or bad, please post the names.

thanks,

Gary Semics is supposed to have a pretty good video series. Check it out; Gary Semics Video Series.

Donnie Hansen also has a video series out, Click here. (To see his site, just delete the 'videos.htm' in the url)

There are a couple of others, but I can't remember the names right off hand. Be warned tho, some videos can/will put you to sleep :p.

Try **** Burleson's

I have both of his riding techniques videos. The advanced one covers log crossings, whoops, & jumps, amongst many other conditions. Entertaining & helpful; worth the $.
