Good trail riding technique book/dvd?

Just got back into dirt riding after almost a 20 year hiatus. My 12 year old son expressed interest so I jumped on the chance to get us both on bikes. Anyway, we've done a little putting around and I was wondering if there is a good dvd showing how to ride on trails (no mx-yet). I'd like him to learn some good technique before he develops bad habits. I noticed Gary Bailey has a vhs called "Trail Riding Tips", anyone seen it? Any other recommendations?
