Im sure some of you have rode Gorman. Me and a bud are going tomorow.. Were kinda sick of that place but it isnt going to be that hot there. Is there any other entrances besides the hungry valey entrance... Looking to try to find a new spot in gorman.

You used to be able to get in from Fraiser park. Not sure if you still can.

Try Balinger Cyn off of highway 33 in the Los Padres National Forest.

I never been to Gorman. How is the riding? Me and my friends ride in the high desert of victorville, about a hour away from my home in Glendora. We keep talking about Gorman but never seem to make it.

The riding in the Los Padres forest is pretty good. But if you want great summer riding, make a trip up to Kennedy Meadows (Kern Plateau).

With a few short exceptions, the trails in the Hungry Valley SVRA are quad trails with little to get excited about.
