A outlaw track I know of is about to close because the owner figured out that 90% of the garbage that showes up would sue him for everything he has worked for in promoting a sport that he loves and provideing a place of recreation for the local community.
The money he has in the track is way more than he can collect in "the track fees" he collects .
Does anyone know how to insure a private track or to limit personal responsibility in this situation or does Johnney Cochran and the rest of the litigious society own our form of recreation?
