hey, any peeps from around coquitlam or poco or anyhting like that? well you should take some time to check out herling island.. you cant go in the summer because the river is too high to cross but there is some awsome trails up there.. i go there all the time.. they got mud pits andbeginer trails.. it is the place to go! check it out!
