Riding in Cali. sure is complicated! If I buy a used 98,99 two stroke or high performance 4 stroke that already has a green sticker yet probably should be red, will I always get a green sticker in the future or am I risking going red in the future? No one seems to give me the same answer. Is there a website preferably an official one that gives the details? I would hate to buy a bike and get a red sticker in the future. I want to enjoy riding al year without worrying about getting busted. It's all pretty ridiculous. Thanks for any input.
