Has anyone bought a YZ250F from a non-franchised yamaha dealer? These are commonly referred to as a "grey import" in the UK.
If you have, are there any differences? ie jetting, suspension?

Are the japanese market bikes set up different to US bikes?

On the topic of "grey imports", any chance you want to box up a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VI Zero Fighter for me??

I'll even pay shipping :p :p :p

Uh. . . . Didn't the Japanese send a few of those over about fifty years ago?

Hucker,
we get all the EVO's here from EVO I's at about £8-9000 right through to the new EVO VII's (£32,000) that came out a few months ago...I think those zero fighters new, were going for £40,000, they ain't cheap. (send me a cheque and I'll get one right to ya...)
I didn't think there was a particularly big market for turbo 4WD saloons in North America?

Its kind of the car to have for petrol heads:p

Do you get STI model Subaru's over there?

The grey import thing is a bit dodgy though as all the history is usually in Japanese and they love tunning so there are very few standard ones...;)

OK, Theres some sort of AUTOMOBILE called a Mitsubishi Zero Fighter! If they sold it in the states (do they?) would they change the name?

I will wait for the Ford model Enola Gay!:p

Wonder how that one (the Ford E. G.) would sell in Japan?

Yeah, yeah, touchy Yanks!
