If you are sitting on the bike it is the little round part on the right side between and just above the clutch cover and the waterpump cover inside the engine case. This is the part that the KIPS rod/shaft comes from to control the KIPS. To get to it you have to take the clutch side of the engine case off.

I thought the resonator was the pocket created by the cover with "KIPS" on it, on the left hand side of the cylinder.

I stand corrected sorry! I was thinking of the centrifigal advancer. :cool:
