I noticed something this weekend. My hands get really weak after just a few laps. My finger begin to cramp, and soon the bar is getting yanked out of my hands. Any ideas on excersises to fix this problem? I was thinking of getting those grip squeeze things, and trying that out.

The sqeezer can help. I replicate my riding hand positions when I use it. I keep it in my car and do it on the way to and from work. Doing wrist curls by rolling a weight up and down (that is suspended on a string from a bar) is another good one. I do a lot of push-ups for endurance also.

I take two aspirin before riding without fail. It helps my wrists and hands a lot - I could not ride without it (I think).
