Too bad RC is a part timer this year. It could have been a on edge season.

Did I read that right? Superman only made his way to 4th in the second? Say it ain't so. Beaten by a retiree and two guys that shouldn't even be on the same track at the same time :( . I can't wait till it airs next week.

Read on another board, he was 2nd but had a couple of crashes. The last one messed up the front brake and he dropped back to 4th.

In moto 1 he came from 7th caught RC at 27 minutes, passed him and held on to it. Both of those guys were FLYING. Im moto 1 they gapped 3rd place by over a minute. I wish RC was racing the full series.

He'd better hang up the boots before the next race, then.

Great Racing!!

Had to weigh in having attended Hangtown yesterday. It was a fantastic day of racing and made me think of several things as I made the drive home...

1) If you haven't been to a National in a while or ever, GO DO IT!! You will be pumped to get out to the track and race.

2) Go see RC and JS battle while you have the chance.

3) Motocross is a sport for those of fit body AND mind, but also w/ a lot of heart. Watching Steve Lamson out there on his ruled-booked-to-obsolesence CR125R BLASTING through every section of the track each and every lap brought a new meaning to the word "DETERMINATION". As a side note, it was truely a pleasure to get to see a 125 get ripped through its paces one last time... but that might be my next post.

4) The 250F class is going to be very entertaining this year.

5) Nice to see a wide open field in the 450s (behind RC and Bubba of course) and some new blood (in the form of the Alessi bros, Langston, Andrew Short, etc.)

6) Motocross is the best sport on the planet!!!

I'm going to High Point/Mt. Morris! I'll be there Saturday morning in time for open pits.

My last opportunity to see RC spank James. ;)

Okay, just one time, let’s run through your schedule, and we won’t ask you every week after this, hopefully!
I’m doing the first five [Nationals], X Games, then Millville, the Motocross of Nations, and that will be my last race. That’s it. You heard it from the horse’s mouth.

Damn, looks like I will get to be present at RC's last Supercross (St Louis) and last outdoor win, we will be at Red Bud and Millville this year.

Crap... planned on Washougal. No RC means JS runaway.

At least the Lites (first time I have used that term) should be fun to watch.
