honda's making the engines for this model -
,,its a CR500 engine


(Harley davidson did not make the engine in thier original MX250 bike back in 1978 either,it was made by an Italian firm i believe?)

Yes it was I have one that I sold to HD that is sitting in their museum in Milwaukee.
BTW AJ have they figured out how to attach the tassles and fake animal fur to the bars? And is all the optional chrome ready yet (after HD really means "another hundred dollars" ) ;)
