Help Finding a Clutch Cable for a 1979 Yz 250

I was wondering if anyone could help me find a clutch cable for a 79 yz250 i picked this bike up on the road one day for like 500 bucks its in great shape but the clutch cable on the bike snapped and i was wondering if u could just put a new model clutch cable on it or if anyone knew where i could get one i know i could prolly order it from my local shop but till then i was wonding if i could get it on line any help is great thanks alot

I lost my bookmarks to a number of Yamaha restoration sites, but you might try the vintage forum. I know someone on this board started up a Yamaha restoration business.
