K krm576 Member Sep 11, 2003 2 0 Sep 13, 2003 Thread starter #4 Thanks for yopur help - but the frame number on this bike is *4XM-014260* I asked at my local Yamaha dealer & he advised that the 4XM bit means that its a 1997 model year YZ125. I guess they use different number formats over the pond inthe US Thanks again Ross
