ok i have a 1989 yz 125 and it ran so good that it wasnt even believable!!! but then i put a new procircite works pipe on it and i wasnt aware that i needed to rejet the carb. so i fried my piston and cylinder! so now that i get the parts back and get the bike together i run one full tank of 32:1 threw it with just putting around! and so then i go back to my original mix of 40:1 cuz there was this really thick black oilly sluge coming out of my exaust! so now i ride around for a minute and pin it! and it revs ok but when it gets to the powerband it like dosnt want to kick in so theres really now extra power!! so i checked my plug and my jetting and changed it to a 310 and my stock was a 270! does any body have any advice of where i should look first?? thanks

Call the company that made the pipe and ask for their jetting recommendations.

Or you could put your stock pipe back on and restore your jetting to what it was. Just a thought.
