Help with rough seat???

I hate the seat on the 250X, I like to ride all day and the grip nobs on it are rough on the butt. Has anyone ever just sanded the nobs off?? If so what did it look like and did it work after you got done?? Thanks for any help you could provide. This seems like the thing to do compared to buying a new seat cover. Ride safe..........Lee

Since you are a new member of the Heartland Spodes, the first ride you go on with them will take care of that rough seat problem. :p
Seriously, I think you'd be better off just buying a new seat cover.

1) You could drill some holes in the foam (from the bottom not all the way through) to soften up the way it feels.

2) Buy another cover, Like Jeff says.

3) Cover up your current seat with duct tape.

4) Stand up more!

You could try a pair of good riding shorts also to keep the monkeybutt away.

lol, well hell guess I will just sand the suckers down. If it doesn't work then I will buy a new seat cover...thanks for the help all
