I found this forum via Google, and I'm really glad I did. I'm working on my buddie's boy's bike, as stated it's a 94 KX80. We just got a new piston in and cleaned up the cylinder. It just wore and scored the cylinder wall. I had hoped the low throttle bogging was a symptom of bad piston/rings, and was really excited to get the new parts assembled. Finished it last night and wouldn't you know it, I still get spooge from the junction of the silencer and pipe, and it bogs momentarily when you wind it up to WFO. I've read a few threads on the matter but can't really see what the fix is. I know that both needles are stock, and in a moment I'll know where the needle is set. Does anyone here have a fix for this problem, or point me in the right direction to chasing down the culprit?

thanks
