Holton Trail Map? Help?

Riding Holton tonight, but left my CCC trail map book at home. I am a ccc member. I get an error when trying to download the map from the michigan dnr website. Other maps work ok, but no luck with holton or twin lake trail maps.
Any chance someone has a email-able version?... if not just remind me where the trailhead is. If I remember right, its just off brusnick road just east of Blue Lake Road..? Thanks.

Yes, Brunswick Rd. 1.5 miles East of Blue Lake Rd.
