Home-Spun PowerNow valve

I know this has been done a million times before, but I couldn't believe how easy it was and how well it turned out, so I thought I'd post some pics...I made this using .025" aluminum, a hacksaw blade, dremel tool, and some JB Weld...2 hours total. Getting the shape of the venturi for the template was the hardest part.

Hope the JB Weld doesn't break down and get sucked you know where.... :eek:

Well, I thought of that and checked the JB website:

"...It's strong as steel and impervious to water, gasoline, chemicals, and acids. "

Good question...will let you know when I get the top end back together. I have it down for a little winter maintenance.
