The first Honda Cr sub frame came out in 1983, thanks to a man known as Mr. Roger Decoster the designer of the newer Cr. Series, bikes way ahead of their time. The cool thing about fully removable sub frames is when you are racing on a circuit, you can remove the sub frame and acess the Pro Link shock with ease. It also made accessing mechanicals easy.
